During commissioning our software runs the plant and checks the results against expected outcomes.
Any anomaly with the equipment or the user experience is found and fixed in the lab. When the valve opens and the room does not heat, we know where to look before it is reported.
Your electrician investigates. Pinpoint troubleshooting is a valuable time-saving feature that we deliver as part of our system, and it helps all the trades involved, not just the BMS.

For the last dozen years we have worked mostly with GB contractors, and we are well used to travelling every week. Our one job at home is with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, where we are digitising the estate across the Royal and City sites. We would like to do more at home.
